If I recall correctly, you cruising for this one season.  I am curious the extent of where you plan/hope to go.  I am enjoying moments of armchair sailing with you. 
Are you heading directly to the Exumas or exploring more of Eleuthera and perhaps Cat Island? 
I won't spoils your own finds, but if I can point out a few spots you would not likely see my seven years of looping around Exuma Sound will continue to serve others.

Early morning departure to arrive at Current Cut at slack tide. Motor sailed to the cut then motored into the wind to our destination. Beautiful morning. Anchored just north of the Glass Window, beach access to walk across the road to the Queens Bath.
