Left the marina in no wind expecting a gentle motor to the usual anchorage. as I got close - around the island with the church on it - some breeze came up so I turned the engine off and under Genoa drifted past my usual anchorage which was rammed. I thought I might anchor at the bottom of the bay but when I arrived the 8-10 knots had become 14 knots so I thought better of it. I turned around and again under only genoa thought about going between the islands but it looked a little shallow for a fickle breeze which would have been broadly behind me. I decided to sail to the sailing club near Porto Montenegro. I sailed most of the way and then the wind completely died..I motored into the anchorage (I had checked with the harbour master that it was ok it anchor there) but it was fairly crowded and I didn't like how far I would swing towards the customs dock if the wind changed so I got the genny out again and sailed to the other (north) side of my usual island and anchored there. quite deep at around 12m but dig the anchor in and have about 55m out on my marks so around 60m which will be plenty
