Bixby, OK
Full time live-aboard with my Fiancé and 2 puppers, Luna and Piper, just figuring things out. I got “YouTube certified” to sail by watching several sailing channels, no formal training. Figuring it out as we go along and loving the process! Have met allot of great folks along the way!

Motored the whole way, wind direction wrong, didn’t want to tack that much. Motored from Charleston to Hilton Head, stayed a day and a half, changed charts in Chart Plotter, and headed to St. Augustine. Arrived 27 hours after departing Hilton head. Calm seas, and good weather.

Charleston to Newt's Trailer Park, United States
Stopped in Norfolk for bottom cleaning, free a line from the prop, replace zincs, and fuel up. Tried to stop in Ocracoke, but the channel was not marked appropriately, and we got bad feelings about grounding, so decided to push ahead to Charleston. Anchored by the USS Yorktown after arriving at 0400, got a slip at City of Charleston Marina for the following day/night, got fuel, repositioned, and plan to set sail to Hilton Head tomorrow.

Fells Point to Charleston, United States
Left Charleston and dead-headed to Annapolis. Chesapeake Bay very cool at first, then we took 2.5- 3’ waves on about a 3 second interval on the nose for 30 hours… not fun… should have found a spot to anchor, but we were on a time schedule (will attempt to never have a time schedule in the future… EVER!) but we made it to Annapolis, really enjoyed the mooring field. Loved the city! Picked up fuel and left the next morning for Baltimore a few hours away. Arrived in Baltimore, docked the boat, and put her away for Hurricane season.

Charleston to Butcher's Hill, United States
Experienced fuel issue to stbd engine, replaced fuel filter, issue resolved. Simultaneously, realized we didn’t have charts to go past Hilton Head, and also port engine battery served its last engine start. Quick trip to West Marine at Point Royal, where we also anchored for the night, all was fixed, crew rested, and away we went to Charleston.
