Wind ~10E, moderate seas, sunshine. Had a good sail, up to 7 knots for a while. Had to keep clear of the Gabriola wind shadow, that made us motor on the way in. Saw a whale watching boat but no whales

10 knots of wind, light seas, sunny. Struggled to make it around five fingers and just made it back by dark

Beautiful sunny day, 10-15knots, moderate seas. Made 4-5 knots most of the time. Stopped for a snack and a swim in Pilot Bay, picked up a mooring ball. Re-affirmed that you should dock into the wind if you can.

5-10kts, calm seas. Sunny and beautiful. Make 3-4kts most of the time dodging ferry traffic 2 new co-op members out with us for their first sail

5kts or so of wind, cloudy and rainy. Seas were moderate, lots of ferry wake to deal with. Made 2-3 knots most of the time, hit 4 for a short while near the Snake Island bell buoy. It was slow and wet and everyone was longing to retire to the bar. Some good entertainment on the VHF with a power boat violating Whiskey Golf, a submarine was trying to surface and a helicopter was circling.

Beautiful sunny day, 10kts of wind. Moderate sea conditions. We sailed for about 4 hours and and made a few tacks. Then we had to bust out the iron jib to get home. Made 3-4 knots under sail and not much faster under power, but the engine let us point home. Saw a couple of whales a couple of cables away (new nautical term, thanks Kevin)

Sunny and beautiful day, 10-15 knots when it was good. Good wind for a few hours, sailed reefed for a while. Stopped at Plumper Cove and had lunch in the hook, went for a swim. Thumped back to Snug cove when the wind died. Heavy seas on the way home, had to motor.

Beautiful sunny day. Light wind in the morning, picked up and we beat up to Gambier. Max 15kts. Stopped at Gambier for lunch, went for a cold swim. Reefed on the way back, beat out of the inlet and then onto a run. Wind died and we broke out the iron jib on the way home

Sunny, light winds. Calm seas. Sailed for a couple hours and then motored the rest of the way. Beautiful day to cross the strait. Saw a Minke whale take a big dive and a pod of porpoises.

Light winds, 5kts or so, light seas. Light rain near the end of the sail. Did 4 pirouettes as part of the race course, lots of tacking practice for some newer crew. Crew tore the leech of the main when flaking it, must have had some pre-existing damage.
