First day of the regatta got cancelled due to no wind and too much rain. Second day also started with very light wind so the start got delayed and moved further out in the bay but at least the sun was shining. Once we could start, the wind increased from 5kts to 15kts and we had a fantastic race. Crossed the finishing line as the 4th boat and got a respectable 6th after hand cap adjustments. Wonderful to see an X79 in the field 🇩🇰.

Balear Sea to Es Molinar, Spain
Brilliant race with ideal conditions: 13-18 kts of wind and sun. We had a great start and rounded the first mark in 2nd where we stayed until the last run home where going with the code zero instead of the gennaker proved decisive and we crossed the finishing line as the first boat. With handicap applied we came third.

Start moved out of Palma bay and delayed four hours due to lack of wind but great run to Ibiza. Got stuck in no wind area again Sunday afternoon near Cabrera but once we got going again, we had near perfect conditions for the rest of the race.

The start was delayed due to lack of wind but once we got started it built to 20 knots then went back to 10. Great fun and lovely sunshine ☀️
