Nice walk on the GR34 this morning (for a change 😀). Sunny swim and then back to the boat to head off to Roscoff. Sadly no wind so motored but had an exciting exit through the Chenal de la Malouine. Lots of dolphins to chat to Sarah on the way. Must have been attracted by the glasses she was wearing. Through the Chenal de Batz and into the marina.

Lumpy sea when we left Lampoul with the last of the ebb tide. Swift trip through the passage de fromeur and the wind got up to 20 knots at the end. Fog arrived unexpectedly (again). Encountered a fishing boat without AIS so switched on the radar. And then got the spinnaker up as the went past Le Four. Beautiful evening in L’Aberwrach and picked up a mooring in the river.

Trip to Ushant outside all the islands. Enjoyed passing the iconic La Jument light and picked up a buoy in the beautiful Port Lampoul.

Started motoring then had a wonderful upwind sail past Penmarch to Audierne. LOADS of Dolphins. Enjoyed the pilotage into Audierne.

Lovely trip to the Glenans. Started by picking up a buoy in the Chambre, then anchored by the fort and then over by Isle du Loch. Lydie and Sarah went paddle boarding and more swimming from Sarah. Saw Chris and Jenny on Yanula Blue for dinner with us and then the second night went over to the west side of Isle de Penfret to join them for dinner. Paradise.

Nice sail to start with motored through the Raz and then a lovely sail to Sainte Evette to pick up a buoy.

Quick sail over to Camaret in advance of the upcoming storm. Followed by 2 days of cliff walks and yummy food.

Plenty of motoring. Easy trip through the ChenL du Four through the odd fog bank. Went to Port Du Chateau in Brest to collect Sarah from the railway station.

Not much wind and what we had was on the nose. Motored for about 50 miles with blue sky but the odd fog bank. Wind picked up to 25 knots for the last 20 miles.
