10 knot true winds and 6 knot apparent. 4-5 foot waves. Kids + mom not feeling great. Sailed with spinnaker.

5 knots wind and 2-3 ft waves. Some apprehension by the Minors but no sea sickness. Motored to the next islands on a beautiful day. Snorkeling was awesome and current was minimal.

No wind and waves 5-8 feet. We motored to San Blas Islands with Minor family. It was a pukefest. All 5 were seasick and vomiting the entire way. All recovered immediately when we got inside the reef. 2 engines were engaged to get to destination quicker.

8-13 knots wind on the beam. 2 meter waves. Sailed and motor sailed to make water. To park at the dock to return Jake and Jessika. We will tour Panama City also.

Motored in 12 knot winds upwind to next island in flat conditions. Saw man o war jellyfish.

Motored to next anchorage in calm conditions.

Wind 5 to 25 knots wind. Rough conditions with 3 foot waves on top of each other. Sailed and motored depending on wind.

13 knots with calm conditions. Sailed entire way. Beautiful snorkel along the reef.

Motored from Dibin once Jake, Jessica, and myself flew into Panama City to Carti Island. Toured with Ernesto and he showed us his home, leadership, community, restaurant, etc. we watched FIFA soccer with the locals.

8-13 knot winds on the beam. Waves 1-2 feet. Nice sail to prep for taxi tomorrow the airport. Made water on way with engines running since the sun is behind clouds.
