I did the Day Skipper theory and practical courses in 2022 in order to charter in Croatia, which I did that year. Since then I've been hooked on sailing and have continued with the RYA training scheme, completing the Coastal Skipper theory and practical courses this year (2024). I have also been sailing with the Ocean Youth Trust Scotland as a volunteer Watch Leader, and have bought a small (22 foot) old yacht. Looking for longer passage experience and general mile/experience building.
