Sunday light winds-expecting to motor. Sailed most of way to Clam Bay Anchored in 7m of water, 5 m high tide. Winds South Easterly and changed to North Westerly—let 180ft out. Winds up to 25. Ran out of propane. Monday high winds—decided to go to Thetis Island fill up with propane and head out sailing. Will stay at Marina tonight

Beautiful sunny day, 10kts of wind. Moderate sea conditions. We sailed for about 4 hours and and made a few tacks. Then we had to bust out the iron jib to get home. Made 3-4 knots under sail and not much faster under power, but the engine let us point home. Saw a couple of whales a couple of cables away (new nautical term, thanks Kevin)

Sunny and beautiful day, 10-15 knots when it was good. Good wind for a few hours, sailed reefed for a while. Stopped at Plumper Cove and had lunch in the hook, went for a swim. Thumped back to Snug cove when the wind died. Heavy seas on the way home, had to motor.

Beautiful sunny day. Light wind in the morning, picked up and we beat up to Gambier. Max 15kts. Stopped at Gambier for lunch, went for a cold swim. Reefed on the way back, beat out of the inlet and then onto a run. Wind died and we broke out the iron jib on the way home

Sunny, light winds. Calm seas. Sailed for a couple hours and then motored the rest of the way. Beautiful day to cross the strait. Saw a Minke whale take a big dive and a pod of porpoises.
