Mild but very hazy. Orca watch was intense, 6 boats attacked, 1 south of Tarifa and 5 in SE Portugal Xia’s last day before she heads to Italy with Billy. Wonderful to be back in Med and warm swimming! Last night in Nerja a mess….Xia’s influence again.

Clear motor across Cadiz Bay Many pots quite far out. Last stretch into marina America was 33 knots on the nose…..another cushion lost!

Finally leaving Lagos after months of preparation with new windows. Feels Like a long haul. Love Lagos, but we miss adventure. Calm weather on departure. Tavira was a delightful anchorage. Tight with many fishing boats but they are small and passing slowly.
