I have extensive yacht sailing experience, including skippering a Sunsail 47 in the BVI in 2019 and competing in the UK Firefighters Sailing Challenge as crew in 2022 and skipper in 2023 on a Beneteau Oceanis 37. Since 2022, my partner and I have owned and sailed a Hurley 20 out of Starcross, gaining single- and short-handed experience. Previously, I worked with Sunsail in Greece as an assistant instructor and day charter skipper on Dufour 30 yachts in the Ionian.

Max force 3. Sailed downwind with the genniker then did some beating upwind. Stopped at River Exe Cafe on the way home.

Bit choppy coming out of Fowey. Force 3 broad reach all the way. Didn’t use genniker to keep things simple.

A trip to various bays looking for a pub with free mooring my Dad remembers. Found the Cary Arms and Spa. Moorings not free so anchored in the bay whilst we had a pint and a swim.
