I’m a 38 year old electrical engineer that has been sailing since I was 8 years old. I mostly sail my 36ft Crowther trimaran solo. I have thousands of nautical smiles under my belt on various cruising and racing boats. Even kite and sail board racing. I may as well start recording them hey.

Mostly 10-15kn with scattered squalls. Caught a spotty Mac a few mile out from solway passage. Stopped at Whitehaven for a Kite sesh with Marcello and Diego.

Downwind in 5-10kn. Avoided some showers. Wally caught 2 spotted mackerel. I caught an 86cm long tail tuna! What a beast! For some reason the track finished off Elliot heads. We stopped in the Burnet River.

Big day! Motored to the top of Moreton island. Just after sunrise Wally caught a spotty mac near the last sandbar at the top of Moreton island. Then we picked up a long tail tuna a few miles later. Forecast was ene 10-15. Got a ne 10-15 all the way to DI. A few showers chased away the wind. Sail 70% motor 30% ish. Nice day. Very tired. Time to enjoy some fish 😊
