25.25 miles in 4:30 hours. Winds SSE 13 - 17 knots. Genoa & main, and we got that dam' crease out of the main! Lunch around 12:30PM.

We had water weeds and fishing line wrapped around our propeller. A quick dive in 55º water, and we were on our way. Winds very light & due south, so we set the spinnaker & made the voyage in about 3 hours. The current in the marina was very strong, but we got in & secured eventually.

Winds varied from 5 to 20 knots, so progress was slow. We finally got the kinks out of the main sail so we got a much better sail shape. Due east of Kenosha, we were enveloped by a bloom of flies, making the rest of the trip increasingly uncomfortable.

Started the day with low winds, gusting up to 12 knots, sailed through some drizzle, but avoided most of the predicted rain, and had to reef the main sail, when the winds picked up to 30, with gusts up to 40 knots. Rough going, but we weathered it, & learned a few things.

We got our foul-weather gear on just in time, and sailed through a downpour,

The wind was contrary, we made the best speed, but the least progress on the eastward tack. It took us 5 hours, and 21 miles, to go the 10 miles to Northpoint Marina.

Winds ranging from 4 - 12 knots, no waves. We were joined by Jeannie from NWSA.

Winds 25 - 30 knots, waves 2 - 4' closer to shore, 4 - 6' further out. Sunny & brisk.

Sunny and warm, winds 4 - 6 knots, no waves at all. We put the spinnaker up, but took it down when the wind direction became inconsistant.

Winds were light, waves were low & we put the spinnaker up for the first time, this year.
