Travelled around Procida under power in busy traffic practising IRPCS. Man overboard practice. Williamson technique. Clearing bearing practice to find marina. Used VHF to talk with Marina and arrange mooring.

Power sailed from Nerano around Capri and across the gulf of Napoli to Corricella. Used shallow tacks to keep the main full for higher VMG than going straight. Anchored for lunch Practiced MOB recovery while under sail (jib and main) by bearing onto a broad reach and then tacking into a heave to. Using engine to control the bow as necessary (forward windward).

Under full sail, main, jib, stay and mizzen across gulf od Napoli all the way to ponta Campenella. Under power and main until Nerano. Moored on bouys and spent the night a moor.

Under power from Procida to Ischia. Anchored in bay Raised sail shortly after leaving bay under power. Sailed on a wind that was changeable until out of the lee of Ischia. Proceeded with gybes towards the marina and entered the Marina under power with Greg on helm

Practiced ferry gliding in the morning. Saw a lady fall into the marina pushing off a yacht. Simon took the helm to get us into a very narrow berth while James jumped onto the pontoon and rescued her. Afternoon we started motoring to Shamrock Quay, found some wind and then sailed a good 4 to 6 knots most of the way back. Dropped sailed and motored the final stretch back to the marina.

I turned the boat in a pontoon this morning. Lots of chartwork today finding EP and CTS.
