Started the day with safety brief and boat familiarisation. Set sail from Gosport and picked up a mooring bouy at Sea View Yacht Club. Fast RIB ride to shore for ice cream and leg stretch. Back to the boat for a swim before setting sail for Cowes. Finished the day with some mac'n'nooch, tempeh salsiccia al finocchietto and broccoli 😋

Choppy seas and wind gusting from 20 to 35. Sailed on head sail only, quite challenging to hold course with wind pretty much directly astern and the stern being moved by overtaking waves.
