Bit choppy coming out of Fowey. Force 3 broad reach all the way. Didn’t use genniker to keep things simple.

Brief trip up the river and back with Emma, Simon, Oscar, Katherine and Sally. Some gentle sailing with mainsail only. Stopped for lunch at the Turf.

Final leg of our journey to Salcombe. Good sailing for the most part with some motor sailing to keep speed up at times. Busy at Salcombe, limited birthing available. Ended up rafting with another yacht on a swing mooring. Had a great afternoon an Salcombe!

Left Teignmouth post work. Heavy rain and moderate swell. Most of the journey was motoring directly into the wind. Oilies got some good use. Occasional waves over the bow. Now hatch was closed but not sealed tight, on arrival to Brixham Marina we realised the bed and bedding in the bow cabin was wet. All sorted after about an hour in the dryers at the Marina though!

This was the first section of our trip to Salcombe. We arrived at Teignmouth Thursday evening and stayed on the Visitors Pontoon ready for work on Friday Morning.

Moving the Boat from Topsham, where Windseeker was stored over the winter, to the main mooring in Starcross.
