Starting as a crew member with little knowledge, he quickly adapted, earning his small power boat operating certificate. As he progressed, he sought to upgrade his qualifications to handle larger yachts. Recognizing his potential, a mentor guided him on the path to becoming an instructor. With dedication and a commitment to continuous improvement.
