A 5% day. Steady NW breezes 9-12 gusting 20+. Gorgeous broad reach for the first half, then the wind died on the return.

Winds steady high 20s gusting high 30s from NNE. 2-3 foot short period chop. Wet but fun day.

Winds from NNW between 7-20kt. Moderate chop at confluence of Potomac & Anacostia. Chilly start at 48°F warning up to 60°F. New area explored. Turns out the Anacostia is navigable up to 11th Street Bridge (28' clearance, no further access possible)

Navionics stopped recording partway, didn't track what was probably a SOG record. Super windy, KDCA recorded 44mph gust. Wet and wild ride. Experimented with rigging a preventer. Worked well.

Light winds mostly out of WNW.

Glassy conditions at the start, champagne dreams to finish.
