Light winds 8 to 10 knots. Solo sailing for the first time and worked up the guts to pull out Mr Big Guy (Code 0). Had a couple of nice gusts 💨 manage to get up to 7 knots. Picked up my first mooring ball ever and solo on top of that. Awesome day all around.

Little wind mostly from the bow. Motor sailing all day again. Got a nice gust of 15 knots but only lasted about 5 minutes. Made things interesting. Early morning workout hooking on to a fish. Good fight for a long 20 minutes but got loose 20 feet from the boat. Later hooked on to a sea monster. Pulled half my line out, tried to tighten it but it ripped my line right out at the reel 🤯 Moby Dick maybe?!? Made it to port after dark. Thanks to the Island Spirit crew that waited for us and helped us dock.

Motor sailing all day. Very light wind. Sailed along the bad weather without getting a drop of rain. Very bouncy night in the anchorage.

Little bit of waves. Motor sailing. 5-7 knts. Not enough to stop the engines. Weather less hot 30°C feels like a sauna. Passed VHF exam. Sweat falling down in my glasses. Anchored here. Going to shore for beach and beer.

12:00 departure Sailed southwest for an hour with 10-12 knt wind Then furled in the jib and motor sailed the rest of the way. 15:30 arrival Very hot and humid 32°C feels like 37°C
