Return trip to BLM after anchoring overnight on the Duplin River near Sapelo Island Ferry dock. No wind and flat seas while motoring out of Doboy sound in early morning but got a 5 knot breeze at the end of the channel. Hoisted sails and was able to do a reach almost on my layline for the entrance to St. Simons sound with winds picking up to 6-10 knots. Was able to average just over 5 knots under sail to the channel entrance where I played around awhile practicing singlehanded tacks and gybes before firing up the engine and catching the incoming tide back to dock at BLM.

Marsh Landing to Brunswick, United States
Flat seas and a maximum wind of 4 knots until I got to Sapelo Island where it picked up a bit but I was under motor then. Nice anchorage up the Duplin river just past the ferry doc

Keith Nicolai - Yes. Sharing you low to no wind pains up off the coasts of South and North Carolina. Look like a great boat.

Great conditions, I'm pretty sure we had the motor off for at least 90 percent of the trip.Overnight winds were 15-22 with SOG of 6-9 knots. Boat sails extremly well. Thanks for the opportunity!
