Upwind all the way so not great speed. Lost wind just after Inchkeith so motor sailed the remainder.

Lovely downwind sail, following seas. Wind was gusting 30+ but was fine with just a reefed Genoa out.

15-20kts of wind from the west. Sun out, quite warm, lovely evening.

Fairly good sailing most of the way. Made it to Bardsey about an hour after slack water and got shot through at nearly 10kts over ground. Got round Bardsey and saw 30kts of wind. Anchored outside of Pwllheli as tides didn’t allow us into the marina.

Light winds but managed to sail a few hours. Hoisted the stay sail for a couple hours and saw 7.5kts sailing. Few engine issues, ultimately a fuel filter issue, cleaned that outside DL and all better.

Pretty minimal wind all the way so lots of motoring. Sweltering heat and cabins didn’t have much ventilation so was a bit miserable at times. Beautiful scenery around Italy and into Montenegro so well worth the heat. Short fuel stop in Portorosa on Sicily but otherwise non-stop. Going through the Messina Strait was a good experience. We were there a little bit early so got to see some whirlpools but then were shot through at 7-8kts over ground.
