Raced in my twenties and thirties, did what I was told and knew nothing about sailing but loved the rush of the boat with her rails in the sea speeding through the wind! Now retired, bought a 23’ Merit Sprint (SeaDuctress)and been dreaming of costal cruising. In 2025 upgraded to a 2003 Jeanneau 32’ Sun Odyssey (Tafa’i). Member of the BHSC-Buffalo Harbor Sailing Club and the GLCC-Great Lakes Cruising Club. Active in NauticEd and SailTies. Two awesome resources.

Very steady blow, with a lot of new sailors so we stayed behind the wall for the most part. Still was a good sail and we are always learning from the mentors! Thanks Louis.

No wind but we did some good things. First over the line- so all that practice was good. Had stalled a bit on a shorten course not completely happy but good job Tafa’i
