Today was a big day for me- showing my instructor, Emily Leach of Sails & Grace that I was proficient to obtain a certification of Bare Boat Charter Master through NauticEd. This recognized course work will allow me to rent a sail boat in places all over the world. Thank you to my incredible instructor, Emily-I learned and honed so many skills this week.

Getting ready for my final assessment for Master Bareboat Charter. Several maneuvers and points of sail were gone over. Anchoring and docking, my favorite was sailing up to a mooring ball. What a great teacher Emily is. I cannot thank her enough. Feeling very confident

Light winds with gusts made for great conditions to practice gybing single-handed and the sailing onto a mooring ball :)

Gorgeous day to sail! Both Susan and Mafalda showed they had this boat figured out … showing speeds between 9-10knots and loving the heel. Did a drive by Salt Whistle Bay to find it was full of boats … opted for Saline Bay for the night
