Growing up in Northern California I was able to sail in the SF Bay Area with father in my teens on his Santana 22. I didn’t sail every weekend but gain knowledge and experience sailing with my father as well as my uncle who used to race his boat in the bay as well. Now retired I’d like to gain as much experience as possible to enable myself to charter boats AND possibly purchase a boat someday.
