Another beautiful sunny day and a gentle sail up to Paimpol only making 3kts but we got here 30 mins before HW perfect! First go in a French lock we did it to perfection no dramas 😂

Beautiful evening with a good breeze a great start to the passage sea state a little bumpy. By midnight the wind had disappeared so donkey on. Lovely sunrise and Braye was looking very welcoming

Strong southwesterly F6 well reefed and flying upwind to Cowes until the furler block disintegrated which caused a little drama!

Launch day after six months at Sussex Yacht Club fitting out our new boat suns out and splash down. No leaks and good to go but not a breath of wind as we approached Selsey bill NW picked up and managed to sail for a couple of hours. All in all a fantastic first passage of the year long may it continue
