Conditions varied throughout the day. Generally, we had 5-10 kts of wind with mostly sunny skies and warm weather. We did very little motoring and maintained 3-5 kts of speed most of the day. On the way home from Passage Island on a broad reach we polled out the jib and boosted our speed from 3 to 5 kts instantly. The new crew was Annette and Bashar who were knowledgeable, keen and good team sailors.
