Caribbean Sea, Cayman Islands to Caribbean Sea, Colombia
Wind on the nose with lots of sargasso first 10 hours then rough conditions in the night. Arrived to Santanilla and anchored by naval base for a few hours.

Black Rock to Harbor Bay, Honduras
6-20 knots of true wind with up to 10 foot waves. Motored 1st 12 hours and then sailed from close reach to beam sail in rough seas. We decided to sail further away from Nicaragua point. Became rougher with motor sail into waves. We encountered 3 fishing boats in middle of the night as sailing without lights. Mark diverted around one and I was not feeling well. The next day I developed a migraine and was vomiting and weak . We pulled into Providencia around 8:30 pm with a well lit channel and anchored in the dark. I was just recovering from my incapacitating headache.

Rock Hole, Cayman Islands to Mountain, Colombia
11-20 knots apparent wind. Waves 1-5 feet. 1st half of the trip rough and not comfortable. Sailing and motoring half the time. Beautiful conditions the 2nd half and beared through the 1st half. Depth meter not working so did not have true wind or current calculations.

Peak Rock, Honduras to Dog City, Cayman Islands
We motored in up to 20 knot apparent wind directly upwind to get to Guanaja in a chaotic day of returning to Roatan to check out of Honduras. I flew in and Michael, Monica, and Mark came over from Guanaja. We hired a Taxi named Orville to transport us to/from RTB, Jonesville Bight, and Coxen Hole. We arrived 10 minutes before closing and got check out done. We treated our taxi to a meal and arrived at 2:30 am back to Guanaja. 1-2 ft waves.

Arrozal to Mangrove Bight, Honduras
10-15 knots of wind on a close reach tacking sail until decided to motor due to poor VMG. Waves 2 feet and comfortable. No depth meter boat speed registered.

West Bay, Honduras to Fort Jefferson, United States
13-19 knots apparent wind on a close reach sail. We tacked to sail. 3-4 ft waves on the front. Dolphins on our hulls. Water maker is on its last leg so will take it to an electric motor specialist in the new anchorage.

West Bay to French Harbor, Honduras
Motor sailed with 10-19 apparent knot winds on a close reach with Boken Sha. Turned off motors for last hour. 4-5 ft waves. Hooked mooring ball and went to shore for a dinner. Nice shore ambience but very Americanized menu and taste.
