Beautiful warm sunny day. Calm seas, but consistent 8-12 kt winds. Spotted some seals feeding, a couple of harbour dolphins and Ta da! Whale spouts and tails. I wasn’t close enough to positively identify them, but I heard on the radio that boaters were being warned to stay away from a pod of orcas off Spanish Banks.
