Saved someone's main sail on the moorings which had blown free. Nice downwind sail out to Eagle bouy, beat ho.e was spicy with 20-30kn gusts. Jib only as 3 main sail slugs snapped.

Slow unwind beat out with the ebb, faster return on the flood tide, downwind. First time heaving too on Beaumaris for lunch, she did well, though only 10knots of wind Seems to be VHF issues around MSC/Bradwell - no weather or safety broadcasts coming through.

Crossing the Thames Estuary route 1, -5h before HW Sheerness. Into Bradwell creek 30 mins before sunset, LW springs. grounded 150 yds from Marina entrance. 90 mins to float off.
