Started off really calm for first 20 miles. Then wind picked up and reached into Brixham on one tack. Wind peaked at 22knts. Reefed foresail. Jessie B pushing 8/9 knots with tide of 1.5 against us. Exciting in the end. Moored nicely at home in Brixham.

Disappointing that there was not enough wind. 3/4 knots. Sea was however glassy smooth. When we arrived in Beaucette Marina it was fog bound. B&G and Savvy Navvy to the fore. Heather picked up waiting Buoy first time awesome piece of work. 12 hours journey. Worth it though.

502.8 NM and 86 hours at sea. Motored all the way. Tried to sail but wind fluky and inconsistent. Sea state calm with slight swell.

Very smooth over night crossing. No wind so motored. Sea state smooth. Wind 3 to 5 knots. Arrived before enough water over the sill so moored up on a bouy, grad a few hours sleep. Shower, shave and beer.

Slight seas, wind 3 to 5 knots. Clear sky and sunny

Sea state moderate with 2M swell. Very strong current, 5.6knt and distressed seas as we rounded Íle-de-Sein off the Point De Raz. Flew the Gennaker for a while.

Light winds. Sailed for first few hours then motored. Sea state calm. Warm and cloudy to start then blue sky’s and sunshine.

Average 14k nots wind, True. Apparent wind 18knots. Able to maintain single tack for 17 hours before wind changed direction and reduced to 5 knots. Motored rest of the way to Brest to report to customs.

Strong breeze 22kts gusting 28kts. Large seas, rough conditions.
