Picture perfect rip across to Grenada after escaping 3 weeks of hard time served in the boat yard. Fresh steering system smooth as butter, very well behaved version of Panacea X for this trip. Not even a drop of rain, just two big wet squalls rolled ahead of us across our track. Even had a few dolphins come to check out our slick new bottom!

Spicy start with 15-21kts and a short chop running off the south end of Grenada. At first had some favourable southeast current and then very noticeable line where it switched to 2kts northwest which really slowed things down. Seas smoothed out and wind stabilized with 110 T and it was a lovely uneventful cruise to La Boca. Tide had just turned against and it was a serious rip running through the pass, up to 3kts against in some parts! Iron genny with main assist got us through to a mooring in Chaguaramas and the circus of clearing customs in Trini. Great trip with a great crew!
