I started sailing on an 8’ Optimist Pram in 1962. I started teaching sailing in 1983 as a Red Cross volunteer instructor at the Sumay Cove Naval Yacht Club in Guam. Since then, I have sailed and taught sailing as a US Sailing Assn and American Sailing Assn instructor at various venues around the world. I hold a USGG 100 ton Master certification and I am a retired US Navy Surface Warfare Officer. My wife and I currently sail our Pacific Seacraft Ericsson Regatta 333 out of San Diego, CA.
