I am a retired HS Coach/principal from Ga. My wife and I and our Sailing Dog Hinckley live on our 1961 Hinckley B 40. I have a 100 ton Captain License as well as a sailing endorsement. We specialize in Teaching Boat Deliveries up and down the East Coast and the Bahamas. We deliver both sail boats as well as power boats.

Hot humid. Temperatures in mid 90 with light winds out of the NW. had engine problems about 6 miles from destination and had to call Tow Boat US. Shit tow to Beaufort City Marina. Working on getting a mechanic and a part ordered. Should if lucky only lose one day.

Hot with high Feel like temperatures of 115. Good tho g there were thunderstorms in the area and a good rain cooled us down. After rain, temps went back up. Winds were 15 to 20 out of the West during the storm but very light in the morning

We pulled anchor from Daytona anchorage around 7:30 had had a 52 mile run to St Augustine. Conditions were very hot with heat advisories of fell like temps around 110. The winds were out of the SE at around 10 to 15 knots with partly cloudy skies.
