I took a sailing class in college and was hooked. Ten boats and maaaany years later I’m enjoying sailing every bit as much!
Sail down in light wind, downwind wing on wing. Castaway doesn’t like going dead downwind, gotta wing on wing it! The anchorage is very nice, Leah picked the perfect spot :)👍🏼 An electric type boat with a slide came over with ten guys and one woman… A big beauty catamaran was our closest neighbor, the anchorage was almost empty! The night watch was quiet , with anchor alarm set at 50’ .

San Diego to Coronado, United States
Some good wind today, we were able to sail out of the bay. We looked at headings for Ensenada (picked a good one.) We saw groups of dolphin shooting past us, seals swimming…enjoying good food and good times!

~15 knots and sunshine-winter sailing in San Diego is terrific. A good time was had by all!

Light wind, sailing with headsail only, we went under the bridge and checked out all the ships being repaired. Motor sailed back.

Perfect conditions, excellent sailing! Sighted a submarine, whale spouts and dolphins, ospreys, F35’s, and the USS Savannah

Single handing with ~10-13 kts, past the last buoy a submarine came up! Turned around and chased it in.
