Wind finally veered to South but not a lot so motored home. Jon took us in. Didn’t refuel as 3/4 full and bloody cold!!!

Very gentle easterly wind. Cold sail/ motor over to Cowes and up the Medina

Benign. 12 kts so beam/Broard reach over and motored up the river. Mid river pontoon @ The Folly. Due to depart by 1430

Lovely sail back from Poole via North Channel. Close reach throughout and then finally popped code Zero once through Hurst and the boat flew. Lovely trip. Great company

Departed 1500 as planned sailed all the way down needles channel as we rounded SW Shingles we popped the Code Zero and sailed across the bay for a night entry into Poole

Quick 1/2 day to do a bit of manoeuvring and a bit of sailing. Showers and fresh breezes dominated and made good time out towards Hillhead PHM In by 1430

Code zero day. Very little wind to start with but that was great to get familiar with the sail. Made our way up the medina to the Folly (moored on hammerhead) then departed around 1430 bound for Lymington. Wind a little fresher (10kts app) so good boat speed and berthed by 1630

Another really blustery day! Difficult conditions. Did MOBs in the morning then late morning sailed back down Southampton water without helm to experiment with balancing and steering boat under sails alone Then sailed onto pontoon. At this point one of the crew departed saying too tired. So after lunch, refuelled and docked…. Here endeth….

MWF 8 Very gusty day. Morning spent with 2 reefs in both and in the afternoon we had a line squall which touched 40kts!!! 3 reefed and spent late pm sailing onto buoy with much wind and tide. Zoe did a complete down tide approach the sharp round up - perfect
