Great lap of the island on Incisor. 8am start. Big squall rounding the Needles, forcing a very late hoist, only for the kite to blow. Lots of damage on other boats then a long slog to the finish.

On the water training. In the morning, we rotated positions for both up wind and downwind to find the perfect combos. Lunch at anchor in Freeman's Bay, with a dip - although next time make sure the ladder works...! Finished with some more upwind drills
