Another day of light/no wind overcast with a little drizzle

more wind today force 3 but as usual from where we want to be, as Karen doesn't do upwind sailing it was motoring again, passed the Waverley on it way down Clyde doing 14 knots. Filled up with 125l fuel 984.9 engine hrs(£157.51 60/40 split) booked in at Inverkip Hotel for food tonight

bit more wind but as usual from wrong direction managed to sail for couple hrs. Millport very busy (1330) 4 visitor moorings left good job we arrived early, 1st one we tried had pick up line wrapped around riser. Half an hour later all moorings taken boats still arriving looks like they'll be dropping the hook if they want to stay.

Motored all way from Campbeltown flat calm, new moorings at Lamlash clean and well maintained with pickup and junk worth the £18 and easy to pay using bank transfer

Wind varia le from 20kts down to nothing motor sailed on Genoa for much of Kilbranan sound. Pod of dolphins bow riding off Carradale
