Occasional entry-to-mid skilled boater. I prefer multi-day voyages with night watches on sailing yachts or tall ships.

Left Ilha Berlenga Grande anchorage. The night was restless due to waves and wind, no anchor drift. Go south to decided points of Marina Oeiras, because Cascais Marina is to large, overcrowded and expensive.

Left Nazare. Marina is good, €47/2 nights. Little bit far from town. Decided to go to Berlengas Islands anchorage. Anchored near Ilha Berlenga Grande forte de São João Baptista.

Left Figueira da Foz. Berthing is €25/night. Keys deposit is €20 each. Pier exit with key, no button. Marina facilities is good, but too far from pier. The right pier berthing place is slightly restless due to ferry movements. Too late to checkout, got there on lunch time, didn’t wait, refilled from canister. Need to contact marina in future to bring the keys later.

Unmanaged marina in Aveiro, no harbour master, no facilities, but pier door is unlocked. Noticeable stream, left at 3 hours after high water. Reach Figuera da Foz breakwater almost at HW, no VHF 9 answered, reception managed with security officer after working hours.
