Started off better than forecasted. Few hours the 2m swells appeared., wind swing between port and starboard stern. Tacked towards Motrol for an hour which gave us a good tack angle for a straight line to Benalmadena.

Nice pleasant sail. Gentle 6-7 kn most of the way. Very little swell. First time in 20 years I've came round Cabo Gata Almeria and it was like a mill pond.

Nice gentle down wind sail. Fore sail and engine. Patrick took the helm for the first 2 hours to let him have some experience and help with his sea sickness.

Not the best conditions. Rain and upto 2 metre swells. Weather improved 2 hours after departure to moderate swells and 12kn of wind from NNE. Engine and fore sail. Oil and filter changed before I left Pobla.

Nice peaceful motor sail with, head and main. Weather forecast totally wrong again. Wind much gentler and NE rather than SW.
