We set sail from Linton Bay with light winds heading east towards Columbia. About half a day out we turned north and picked up the trade winds and waves that accompany the wind. We sailed a close reach for nearly a week, heeled over beating the hull against the waves. Had to tack to get around Jamaica then straight through the channel between Cuba and Haiti. West of Great Inagua (Bahamas) then out into the Bermuda Triangle. Sailing was a bit more comfortable on this leg but still a close reach. A bit of motoring but fair winds for most of the way. We caught fish nearly every day. The first day Pierre hauled in a tuna. It was delicious! Lots of Mahi Mahi after that helped supplement our diet. We arrived in Bermuda and enjoyed a few days of rest and touring the island β΅οΈπ
