After some beautiful days in Raiatea & Tahaa, it's time to head west. As I've been to Bora Bora before, I skipped it these time and sailed straight to Maupiti. Sunny skies, 15-20kn from 120-180°, approx 2m waves - a typical downwind sail in the South Pacific. Several sail changes from wing on wing with poled out genoa to traditional main/genoa.

Longest passage for discovery crew yet.

Lots of mud on the anchor when we left. Heavy winds when we pulled up anchor. Had to dock at fuel dock in 30 knot winds. But docked and undocked successfully.

When’s picked up from outside the bay and turned us 180° on our anchor. Watched all night using redundant, anchor, alarms, and multiple anchor watches. The next morning, the anchor started dragging.
