Early start. Good conditions, just a slight swell for first part but motoring only into a direct headwind for majority of the way. Auto pilot started knocking!!! Arrived at about 14.30 and docked at customs for check in! Passports. Harbourmaster, and tourist office. All done pretty quickly today. Drew money, sim card for 30 days and pizzas 🍕 for dinner! All aboard and a difficult pivot to get off the dock with a strong onshore wind to get up to our anchorage for the evening.

Conditions were light and variable. Firstly an offshore East wind changing slowly to NW and getting to only 10 or 12 kts. Motor sailed all the way with smooth conditions. Long trip so able to fully charge batteries, bike batteries and water tank filled up. Arrived at anchorage just outside Durres main port in front of new Durres Marina construction. ( A fair amount of progress since last year!). Good test and sleep tonight!

Very calm and hot. On the way to Sazan Island wind and swell from the NW picked up and we did some motor sailing (8-9kts). Spent 2 hrs or so close to the port in the NE and then moved down to anchorage in the SE for some swell protection for the evening. Early rise tomorrow for a long day up to Durres.
