âĩ Journey from Loch na Droma Buidhe to Loch Aline đŠī¸đ¤ī¸ Our day started early when a nearby boat dragged its anchor and drifted uncomfortably close. We spent the night in the cockpit from 1:30 am until 5:30 am, keeping an eye on things until they finally moved elsewhere. After a morning thunderstorm, we set off from Loch na Droma Buidhe, facing upwind gusts up to 30 knots. By evening, the weather turned in our favor, and we enjoyed a sunny downwind sail with full sails out. Now settled in Loch Aline, soaking in the calm before the next gale rolls in early tomorrow.
