Chilly and fall-like. Pretty good wind. Opted to hike on Cypress on Monday. Working remote in the mornings. Engine problems when coming back to port and had to sail for a while. It fixed itself before rescue left the dock.

Perfect wind up to Swinomish channel. Lots of fishing boat traffic going the opposite way. Smooth motor through the channel. Tricky docking at laconnor when motor died and current was pushing us too rapidly along the dock. Lots of room and manages to hop off and secure the boat. Adjusted the outboard idle screw and then it ran fast but didn’t shut off again. Fun rest of journey and so good to get her home.

Excellent sail. New gas can. Motored the last hour to beat sunset.
