Beautiful weather and 12 knots of wind made for a perfect day. We headed south toward the Coronado Islands, making it halfway there. Great visibility made it seem like we were almost there, but the chart said otherwise. Shortly after turning around, we came across a balloon. Missed hooking it on the first attempt, but we circled back and got it on the second try! we were fortunate to see many dolphins leaping out of the water both the trip out and back. What a day! And I must mention the phenomenal crew too!
