Heavy wind. We had planned to use the spinnaker on the downwind portion but we were making 3-4 knots upriver without it. Hove to and reefed the main before turning to wind. Sail plan felt balanced without reefing the jib.

Zero wind in the am. Motored east with some medium fog. Some sailing after we passed under the 205 bridge on the way to Government Island but we couldn't make any headway against the current and then the wind died away. The wind picked up after lunch and we sailed from the dock to buoy 2, back to 14 and then to ISC. Eric started helming between buoy 2 and 14.

High winds and gusty. We handled the gusts fairly well, never got rounded up too hard. Switched from the genoa to the jib right before start.

Extremely hot, mid 90s Wind mild in AM, moored to Camas with pit stop at east dock of Government Island. Excellent sailing after lunch on return trip. Reefed both main and headsets (made it more jib sized, less genoa) Port of Camas-Washougal was extremely busy.
