Tried spinnaker (couple of times) The clew needs to be held down with a shackle else it jumps on the winch and causes overwinds - very bad!!! Reef on main is ok (downwind) if the mandrill is locked manually - fixing lines on the stern winch. Remember to detach and secure the safety before furling the main sail back in.
