Port Washington to North Vancouver

Left Pender at 8:30 to transit Active Pass on a flood tide with current running in our favour at about 3 kts. Fresh NW winds on the Strait took us about half way across the Strait, but the constant ferry traffic there made it a bit stressful. So, we motored up the Strait for awhile, then the wind died and we had to motor all the way home.
