Havergate Island to Aldeburgh, United Kingdom
Horrible crossing too much wind and waves and rain mainly on the nose. Wind gusting up to 32knts, waves moderate to rough and short in places, lot of spray and slamming. Used engine to start but too slow so added a very small jib which added nearly a knot. Forecasts all wrong. Also lot of shipping in docks and at sea causing delays. In all horrible.

Zwijndrecht to De Heen, The Netherlands
Early start to catch the locks and the Gordon Jones . Locks very busy as end of a holiday weekend. 8-20knts some good sailing and some motor sailing. Long passage due to number of locks. Huge amount of commercial shipping and local yachts. Under lifting rail bridge to get into Niewdock in Dordrecht. Crazy old people losing it in one of the locks and then whilst waiting for the rail bridge.
