Great conditions leaving the harbor under sail with no issues, practiced MOB and then set sail to oil rigs, circled through two of them and headed back. Tacked back with no issues. Had trouble coming back to the harbor: got pushed into left side of channel while being in the no-sail zone, lost ability to turn and got pushed into a docked boat. No visible damage, eventually made it back to the sailing center under sail. Lessons learned: If possible avoid harbor entry when over crowded, better trajectory planning to avoid being stuck in no sail zone, and pulling in the jib earlier for easier boat handling / not being pushed when being in the no-sail-zone.

Nice wind, had some trouble getting out of the harbor (probably raised job to early). Started logging late and logging stopped early.

Captain John - That “manual crew” happens to me all the time too. It’s a big, I think. It’s still new software so they’re steadily fixing the bugs. Don’t forget to pass my contact info over to you friend. Maybe we can find a new “forever home” for this refugee boat.
